Flower Care

The flowers will arrive wet wrapped, this means there will be water in the bottom to keep them hydrated until the customer opens them. Please try to keep them upright to avoid water leaking out. The wet wrap is a temporary solution. When you are ready to open them, please do so over the sink to make sure no water spills. To help the longevity of your bouquet we advise that you cut all the stems with a sharp scissors and place them into cold fresh water upon receipt. Ensure your vase is clean and change the water every 2 days.Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight and try to place them in a cool spot, it will help them last longer. Every flower has a different lifespan so please expect some flowers to perish quicker than others. We can not guarantee a lifespan on all our flowers, this also depends on the customers environment.

Deliveries

When we do have Fresh flowers available for purchase, we offer same day delivery if you order before midday on either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. 

For events and weddings we are available to do these 7 days a week based on a minimum spend.

 All deliveries are done by the florist, here are the delivery times for each day: Thursday - 1.30pm-4.30pm Friday - 2.30pm- 5pm  

For Dried Flowers we will deliver these between 2pm-5pm Tuesday - Friday.

It is free delivery within 2km of Maroubra and $7 to other areas within 12km of Maroubra. You are not able to accept specific delivery times as it is one person doing all deliveries, a route is planned beforehand to make the delivery time more efficient. If the recipient is not at home we will leave it in a safe place and take a photo of where we left it. If the recipient lives in a unit block and is not home, we will buzz a neighbour so we can leave it outside the recipient's door. 

Our bouquets are wet packed so they have temporary hydration which will last 5 hours. Once we have delivered the flowers, you will receive an email.

Returns & Refunds

Wild Petals do not issue refunds or returns if the customer changes their mind. If the flowers arrive damaged, faulty or you are not happy with the lifespan please contact us at wildpetals.aus@gmail.com, a replacement will be considered and photos will be requested.

 Due to flowers being natural items that perish, some flowers may vary in life span than others. All flowers are selected fresh from the markets and you can expect them to last between 4-7 days.

 We do not give refunds if the delivery address given to us is incorrect. It is the customers responsibility that the correct shipping details are given when ordering. We can re-deliver the flowers but this may be an additional cost.

 If you wish to cancel an order or change the delivery address please contact us asap on 0400305875. We will do our best to change the delivery.

 Each bouquet may vary slightly to the photo shown on our website. We create a unique bouquet every week, it will be the same bouquet for that week and each bouquet will contain the same amount of flowers but styled slightly different.
